Promotional Terms
Promotional Pricing: The displayed monthly price reflects a promotional hosting rate available when purchasing an annual hosting plan. The full annual amount is billed upfront at checkout.
Automatic Renewal: Hosting plans renew automatically at the standard monthly renewal rate shown for each plan, billed according to the selected billing cycle, unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Renewal Pricing: Promotional prices apply only to the initial annual term. After the first term, the service renews at the then-current standard renewal price for the selected plan.
Cancellation: You may cancel your hosting plan before the renewal date to prevent further charges. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund any unused portion of the active billing period unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Free Email – First Year: Free email is included only for the first year of the eligible annual hosting plan. After the first year, email services may renew at the applicable standard rate unless cancelled or included under a new written agreement.
Daily Backups: Daily backups are retained for up to 31 days where backup storage and system conditions allow. Backups are provided as a recovery support feature and should not replace the customer’s own independent backup process.
Support Availability: Support availability is based on the selected plan and refers to reasonable technical assistance during the stated support window. Response times may vary depending on issue complexity and workload.
DDoS Protection: DDoS protection helps reduce the impact of common network-level attacks but does not guarantee complete protection against all forms of malicious traffic, abuse, or service disruption.
Resource Limits: CPU, RAM, storage, entry processes, bandwidth, hosted sites, and other plan resources are subject to fair use, technical limits, and acceptable use requirements. Excessive usage, abuse, or activities affecting server stability may require upgrade, restriction, or suspension.
Control Panel Access: Where control panel access is included, availability may depend on the selected hosting environment, account status, and technical configuration.
Service Changes: Fludnox may update plan features, pricing, infrastructure, or renewal rates from time to time. Any material change affecting active customers will be handled in line with the applicable service terms.
Taxes and Fees: Prices may exclude applicable taxes, VAT, payment processing fees, or third-party charges unless clearly stated otherwise.
